Marianne Strapatsakis (Athens, 1947) is a prominent Greek visual artist whose work spans decades of innovative exploration. A pioneer of video art in Greece since 1980, she creates immersive, multidimensional installations that merge painting, sculpture, moving images, and sound.

I am deeply honored to have had her as my tutor during my bachelor’s studies, as her guidance profoundly shaped my artistic development. Creating her portfolio website has been both a joy and a privilege, celebrating a body of work that continues to influence contemporary digital art in Greece and beyond.
